Join Cara from your kitchen to try out a fun new recipe! This month, Cara is sharing a crowd favorite recipe: Cauliflower "wings" & dipping sauce. Best appetizer ever. (Gluten free & Vegan)

Tools you will need
Ingredients you will need
1 head cauliflower, broken into bite-size pieces 1 cup brown rice flour OR reg flour 1 cup light beer/broth/or simply water 2 teaspoons cajun seasoning 1 teaspoon sea salt 8 tablespoons hot sauce OR fave BBQ sauce if your not into spicy stuff 2 tablespoons butter of choice
1/2 cup raw cashews *soaked for at least 2 hours
1TBSP Olive Oil
1TBSP lemon juice
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon mustard of choice
1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional; but recommended)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons dried parsley (optional; but recommended)
1 teaspoon dried chives (optional; but recommended)
1/4 teaspoon dried dill (optional; but recommended)
