Yoga at Cellon Oak Park

We will gather under the canopy of the beautiful Cellon Oak Champion Oak Tree and Cara will lead us through an all levels yoga pratice ending with a crystal singing bowl sound bath for Savasana. Stick around for a group picnic if you like! 

*Please arrive by 9:45am* 

Check the weather ahead of time and dress accordingly for being outside

Please bring:

Yoga mat and any props you like to use (blocks, blanket, cushion)

Water 

Bug Spray (Optional)

Sunscreen (Optional) 

BYOP or Bring Your Own Picnic! After Yoga, we will set up a picnic table with all the goodies, pot luck style. Please bring a blanket, utensils, plate/bowl, cup/mug.
