The online MYC Membership has recently migrated over to an exciting new platform!

A few things I want you to know about practicing with me...
Whether you take a class with me in person or online, one thing is certain; The time you take for yourself is sacred and everything we do together will be designed to "fill your cup".
I teach to all levels. Meaning that those who are new and those who are experienced can happily practice together while still finding progress in your practice.
I believe that yoga is for every BODY and every budget! Including those with limited mobility  and those who may not be able to afford a typical yoga membership or class rate.
