I've never paddled before- Is that ok?No worries! Our experienced retreat leaders are happy to teach beginners, and our paddle conditions will be great for those that are new to paddling. By the end of our retreat you are sure to be a confident paddler!
Can I bring my own vessel? You sure can! We will be providing paddleboards for each of our guests but you are more than welcome to bring your own paddleboard or kayak. We will be confirming vessel options with each guest prior to the retreat. During the retreat, we will have a trailer to shuttle/transport vessels.
What are the arrival and departure times?Guests are welcome to arrive as early as 5:30pm (or as late as needed) on Friday, November 3rd. We will be hosting a delicious welcome dinner at 7pm. Our planned departure is Sunday, November 3rd with a late check out time of 3:30pm. If you need to leave earlier or later on Sunday, just let us know!
Where is the retreat hosted? The retreat will be hosted at a lovely river house located in the heart of springs country. (The exact location of the Retreat House will be provided the week prior to the event.)

On Sunday, (departure day) breakfast will be provided. Meals will be thoughtfully prepared in house & we always use the freshest, organic, and local ingredients possible. We're happy to meet dietary needs or requests with advanced notice.
What transportation is required? You will need to provide your own transportation to and from our Retreat House on the Ichetucknee River. We encourage car-pooling and will try to coordinate car-pooling for you if desired. During the retreat, we will also encourage car-pooling to our adventure destinations.
What do I need to bring? Please be on the lookout for a pre-retreat welcome email containing packing information & more!
